LOL, yes I am! but remember, 9 days is 5 months, in reserve years!

Oh really... I would know nothing about that. That kinda sucks, but it's all relative to what you are used to.

Once again Frixxxx best of luck. I do not even pretend to know the reserve or national guard rules about time served. Nor would those who never served others than themselves. Which may include a poster saying they know nothing about that.

Used to be in the reserve and made it 10 years before I had to just get out. was sitting around too much collecting a paycheck for nothing but wasting my time.

Glad you made it until retirement. Assume you had a paying billet the whole time, and that you had a god chunk of active duty to make retirement pay. At least they made you stay healthy in the reserves.
