What are your thoughts on moving these TSP limit posts over into a thread in the TSP News forum / TSP Transfer Limits sub-forum? I can move them over there and keep a link here for those looking.
http://www.tsptalk.com/mb/forumdisplay.php?40-TSP-News
It seems like they may be hidden in here from those who may not read NSurf9's Account Talk thread.
... Or do we want them out of the spotlight?
Let me know.

You might consider starting a website as I know TSPtalk has a lot of "guests" so I doubt many of them would start a message board account just to say "I"m in".

I wonder if James still has his site - the one where we all signed the petition?

I have wondered if James' site, names on the petition, and other efforts could help this effort.
Right now, I'm still hoping for 100 commitments before going to the Rose attorneys. We're closing in on 60 quickly. I'd also like to see the premiums to contribute something appropriate, considering they derive revenues from TSP participants.
My though has been that as long as I am fortunate to keep 1st place on the autotracker and this issue on my thread, the issue will have the most visibility. Fortunately, the forces have been on my side. Perhaps TSP Talk and Fantasy TSP could donate a spot for the site, if we get that far.
At some point (probably after a favorable legal review), the main body of the effort will probably need to go on its own site so media can refer to it and thru which donations can be facilitated. Unfortuately, I have very little knowledge with respect to putting an internet site together for it.
As a seperate note, I'm fasinated to watch the powers that be, the rumors that swirl, at a push-and-pull tug-of-war at these index levels and volumns, against the back drop of positive US earns reports, European slow disintegration, and Chinese slow down. Amazn! just amazin.
Makes me kinda glad I don't have any IFTs.

I'd rather be in, than just complaining about loosing thousands of dollars in one direction and/or another on a whip and saw cause I was prohibited a $20 IFT.
Occasionally, the connection between my fingers and brain short circuit some. With respect to listing names (handles), I will not list those that only sent a P.M. (private message) to me, as that seems to be the tenor or implication of their commitment.
Tom, TSP Talk, I agree with you on James efforts being helpful. He had an amazing 4000 signatures, I hope the site can be revived, if not still active.
At 56 commitments, we are closing in fast on 60. I, nonetheless, have given you all my commitment at 50 to make an initial appointment with
the Rose attorneys in DC to take the case, but I sure hope I can go with 100 commitments.
If we do put together a winnable case; and, if we can effectively get the word out to a bulk of the federal government employees, and they understand what has been unfairly taken from them - freedom and ability to effectively manage their personal account - I believe the 4000 will look like a small number.
Lastly, if a judge orders attorney fees and court costs, we'll get most everything back.

IF YOU WANT MORE IFTs PER MONTH, AND ARE WILLING TO DONATE TO A LEGAL FUND FOR THAT PURPOSE, PLEASE POST "I'm in" TO THIS THREAD.
Perhaps we will be able say to our grandchildren . . . sometimes you just got to take a stand - and know that you have, infact, walked the talk.
Come on > -.08 AGG and < + .38 DWCPF (and what every EFA is) go! go! go!
Gives me an excuse to post the "I'm in" banner.
