Hello, I'm new. I've been observing the talk forum for a couple of months and thought I would join in at least to start for this next year. I think I am learning incrementaly from all your comments. Even so, I have been coming out about even the past couple of weeks. The I fund seems due for an increase I think since it had lost some recently and I will stay there another day.
Welcome Riddick, this is a great place to learn about this stuff. Everybody is helpful.![]()
"Oh Phooey"
Thank's Running fool. Boy, today was a good day for the market. Got to love it! I hope it continue's tomorrow!
100% S COB 12/29. Hope this works out, not many posts moving to S this morning.![]()
Moving to 100% I because of the good history with the first couple days of the new year and the fact that Japan will be jumping in tomorrow. Not to mention that for the most part I fund has been very good for a very long time. Although who knows how long that will continue?
Moving to 100% G COB 1/4 today. Too much red for me to handle right now.
Move back to 100% I because I like to watch all the foreign markets, though not much fun when they are in the red. My market instincts are poor and am already down this year. I am trying to explain my reasoning but it's unreliable and people should listen to the big dogs for sound reasoning. As everyone knows, the I fund has the highest risk but sometimes can give a good return.![]()
Hey Riddick! I don't think you need to explain, "the Big Dogs" are the one's still in I & S today. My gut feeling it to move back into S on Tuesday but you may be ahead of the pack by being there early..running ahead of the pack and off the porch. Good luck and go with your instincts...but be able to live with reality. Best regards..don
The market rise this morning is steep and leads me to think it's a small peak and will inevitably drop tomorrow. Pretty shallow elementary analysis I guess. Moving to 100% G. Perhaps I'll pick up a penny for good luck?
