I am interested as to where you found the spread on the L2040 account. I used the moving chart on TSP.gov. The next move on it shows in April 2006.

I don't use that particular chart so I have to manually figure out what your total allocation is, which is what makes tracking people who play both the L funds and also "tinker" with the others so hard to follow. The allocations and percentages that I posted is what you get when you go 80% L2040 along with 10%S and 10% I.
you're spreadsheet shows your return for the year, not for march. If you began in March, the top line should have the closing prices on the last day of Feb, not the last day of last year.
