The C Fund improved this week and its CPR has turned positive, making it a potential buy. Looking at trend strength however and both the 12 month (Mer-12) and 6 month (MER-6) are both below the threshold of 0.5 to 0.6. In fact, the 6 month trend is still negative. So while the situation for stocks has improved significantly this week, patience is still required. FundXcellence system still indicates staying with the G Fund this week. Details at FundXcellence.

Thanks for the warm welcome - glad to have found TSP talk.

Ummmm, I clicked on your link because I was curious about your yearly returns (do you post those?) and my Norton anti-virus popped up with this message:

There does seem to be some firming in the market as we work our way to the end of month. November, December are usually strong months. But we should let the market speak for itself. More at FundXcellence.
