TSP Pilot Performance

If someone has the daily returns from the TSP funds, could they calculate the return of the TSP Pilot funds for the dates range below. Note these percentages are from an old newsletter available to anyone visiting thei site:

Hmm, looks like this site does not handle tables well. here is a spreadsheet. I get a 6.92% gain over those 8 months. I did much better with my money in C S and I.
