If they still allowed Roth contributions up to the current levels, tax revenues would increase in the short term but retirement savings would probably decrease substantially. Since Roth grows tax free and does not require RMDs, it will reduce tax receipts in the long run and may be beneficial for those who invest wisely over the years.

The S fund value per share dropped below the C fund for the first time since 2003. Wow!

How can I get either a quarter end statement or year end statement for date ending 12/31/2022 that looks like the old statements?
The statements I download from the web just show the opening and ending balances without any of the transactions. I downloaded transaction activity and get a spreadsheet splitting each transaction among Automatic, Matching and Traditional. Information I don't need and which complicates reviewing the transactions.

    Concur

But, I guess the chimps won.
    You get what you get.

Some chimp wanted it so we got it.
Or, maybe some slug in the Federal Gubmint wanted a brag sheet - See we GIVE you the match and the automatic. So, put a damn smile on your pathetic face!!!

I have no idea why anyone would want to see a three-way split of all their transactions for all their funds. Maybe an interface where you can expand the full amount into Yours/Match/Automatic, but even that would be kinda silly.
Lookin' up at the 'G Fund'!!!

Just got an email late last night. TSP is going to mail 2022 year-end statements with a brand new look which will probably be convoluted. Plus no mention whether you can get it online.
They gave complex instructions to the obtain your prior quarter statement:
    Fourth quarter activity statement
You can request a statement showing only your fourth quarter 2022 account activity (October 1 – December 31, 2022) by logging in to My Account between January 1 and March 31, 2023, navigating to your account summary, and selecting “Forms and Materials” from the “Resources” list. Then select “Prior Quarter Account Statement” from the options.

This quarterly statement is as worthless as the transaction activity report. No listing of transactions during the quarter. I expect the annual report to be as worthless. Good thing I keep my own spreadsheet to track moves. It would be nice though to have an accurate statement to doublecheck my spreadsheet.
