Thanks. Started CS as a hobby (Timex Sinclair 1000 expanded w/16K memory module) in early teens...later received some formal CS education...many years later, still a hobby.

Cool cool. I graduated as an EE in 2010. I thought about trying to implement neural networks with the market but I only had 1 class that really went into details of NN. What are you using for software to perform the calculations? Matlab?

Started sharpening my teeth with a program called Justnn, the free portion of Easynn. It works for me so I still use it. WEKA is also free and seems to have more options. I've been playing around a bit with it.

If this NN dog can hunt, I'll probably see what Matlab and others have to offer for my particular needs after I play with WEKA.

While Justnn is not as robust as WEKA, Matlab, and others; it does what I need more quickly than others...for now.

But as you probably already know, its more about the data, the preprocessing of the data, and the structure of the NN, than which calculator you're using.

Let me know what you think about Justnn and WEKA if you check them out.

Anyway you can upload the program into my brain, there's plenty of room

F fund NN had an entry solution of this Tuesday with (currently) an exit at the end of the month (or beyond...TBD)

CSI NN had high probability exit solution today with less likely exit Thursday...going with Thursday.

    100% F by COB 3-13-14

Haven't had much time to back-test (other than 'here and there' for my purposes) or chart about it. Been under the hood practicing excel jujitsu and tweeking / developing NN's.
