lol! you seem to have a pretty good grasp of things economic Mike! I enjoy following your discussions!

I meant to explain my move today, but was in a hurry. I thought I'd try TSPGO!'s buy signal on the S fund but just put a toe in as they say! I was at 80G 20F and posted an IFT 80G 10F 10S cob 6/23.

S fund down .14 cents today on the buy so it's all good so far! Big Spender huh?

    Thanks.

Summer is historically weak for the stock market, so if you're making shorter-term moves, I think it'd be wise to be in "preservation" mode right now; the S&Pcould easily shed another 20-40 points in value before climbing out of pullback mode. We're finally seeing what happens with weakening fundamentals (economy) and horridsentiment (average investors extremely bullish while the institutional types are more neutral / bearish).

One thing to watch for is what the fed says about continued rate hikes. If they provide a strong indication that the next one is the last for the year, that could quicklylead to another rally.

Just some food for thought. :^

You're not kidding! Southeast Florida has already received 3X normal June rainfall with another weekto go in the month. This issaturating our hydrology just as the hurricane season is revving up --setting the stage for who knows what? "Fire danger is low today."

Thanks Mike I will be watching for that and seeing what you and Spaf and Tom do since you seem to be saying pretty much the same thing. I am happy to be mostly in the G fund at this moment!

    Hey Dave!

It hasn't rained up here today, yet! How are y'all fairing down south? I heard a forecaster say that a wet May is better for us during hurricane season because of some kinda high stream or something over Florida. Bahama something she called it I think. We had a pretty wet May so maybe we'll get a reprieve this year?!

Some graduate student somewhere notices a statistical correlation -->headlines -->bad science. You see how far we will go to convincethe people that we know what is going on.

Just hold tight and be ready for it if it comes. I bought a generator this year, and every time I go to the grocery store I buy a few items for the shelf. I have learned that water has an expiration date, heh.

In my case I will button up and decamp to the office which is maybe the most robust building in KW, and brand-new too!

    Dave
