1154 were below 0% for 77.9% of the total
284 were between 0-.99% for 19.2% of the total
32 were between 1-2.99% for 2.2% of the total
and 12 were between 3% plus for .7% of the total.

Yesterday I looked at the top 100 people on the autotracker. I think less than 5% were in the S, C or I funds The top 200 were also on the very short side. This is one of those signals I like to look for. Reading through Toms daily report and waiting on other signals, and as doom and gloom is setting in around here, I had to pull this trigger today. Last IFT for the month and about to enter a new month, I want to be invested.
