    Thoughts?
OUCH! I know someone at work who did that with Delta Airlines when they were reorganizing a few years ago. That was chapter 11, right? He said that what happened to him was that after the reorganization they issue new stocks and the old stocks he was holding were worthless. It's like they stopped being legal tender. He said it cost him $3000. I certainly hope this isn't your case with AA.

They are reorganizing and when it is done the ticker symbol will change because the shares of the old ticker will be wiped out. Seen happen too many time, United Airline, Kmart, Sears, etc.

I plan on selling my 100% S Fund on 29 Dec and buying it back 30 Dec if I still have my IFT's.

Yeah I did it. Then I got out of S Fund COB 3 Jan, so I've been sitting in F Fund since 4 Jan. I'll probably look at getting back in at the end of next week sometime, but that might change based on the market at the time.

Can the S&P hold 1300 going into the weekend? If we hold 1300 into the weekend I think this baby will run next week.

50/200 moving average is up, and seasonality is on our side. I just don't know if we can stay above 1300.

You run the risk of being left at the station because there will only be shallow consolidations in this bull run. Shares usually bottom and begin a new bull market when the sense of disbelief is the greatest. The more confirmation one seeks, the less potential reward is left on the table.

Anyone see the news out of Apple and Yahoo?

Apple up $30+ (8%) after hours, tommorow might be very nice.

Birch - I'm contemplating between FOE or PEIX, which would you suggest?

Why are you looking to buy them? What is your target? What is the downside risk?

I am not the most savvy investor but energy overall was down last year and i think it might have a good bounce this year- especially going into the summer. Although not energy I think FOE will go in the direction of energy.

Both are relatively cheap in the cost per share and I only plan to invest about $1K, so I'm not going to put it in Apple or Price line and get 2 shares. They are both price relatively well within their 52 week range. I'm looking for stock with the opportunity to increase in price as oppose to paying a dividend as i am invested in WWE to cover my dividend revenue.

My target is about 15% sometime in June. The downside is the relative price leads the stock to more volitility- a .25 or $1 drop is a huge %.
