Glad to hear it, welcome.
Hi, I am in my fifth year for working for DHS, TSA in particular. In my first three years, I never did a transfer and had all my money in the G Fund. Plus, I always contributed only 5%. I live in Hawaii, have been married for a year just about and I have a 7 week old. I'm 26 years old and still new to this whole investing thing. When I transferred to NV for a year for a change of pace, then back to HI, my coworker told me all about IFT's which eventually led me online here. So far you folks have saved me a good chuck of money!![]()
Glad to hear it, welcome.
Welcome, and glad to have you aboard. Read, read read, and learn. If you can afford it- consider jacking up that 5% contribution higher as soon as you can, because time is on your side. The sooner you get it into the account, the better off you will be in retirement.
Good luck, and hope you enjoy learning here.
Welcome to the board starfox182
Best of luck!

Thanks everyone! Is there a place out there, that shows the C/S/I support / resistance points on charts?
(C) Fund = S&P500
(S) Fund = Wilshire 4500
(.I) Fund = MSCI EAFE Index
I use $INX or $SPX for the S&P
I use $DWCPF for the Wilshire4500
I use the $EFDY for the EAFE
Track the above ETF's and find out where their resistance levels are.
