Hello
I am new to the site and I am so glad I found it. I will be eligible to retire on 11 Sep 08 with 30 years. I currently have 50% of my TSP in the Lifecylce 2010 and 50% in the I fund? Is this too risky?????

It all depends on how many losses you can handle on your way to gains. Be careful though. The L Funds are designed for a 100% allocation and are an excellent diversification vehicle for the every day investor. Splitting them up defeats the purpose.
It really all depends on when you plan on drawing from your TSP. Stocks are extremely unpredictable in the short term. 10 years plus they generally will produce better gains than bonds.
