    Default IFT's and the "L" funds

    Why is IFT's an issue? We paid $ millions to get the daily transfer feature. It was deemed a necessary and practical application at the time the expenses were incurred to make it happen. Was it done only to be able to make it possible for the "L" funds to be created (which are rebalanced daily)? Could the daily rebalancing of the "L" funds be costing more than what the TB estimated?
