    Hello everyone,

    I'm looking forward to learning great things from all of you tsp-smart people. I am retired navy, just 5 years into a civil service career, and I am just now getting my fund up to an amount that requires careful attention. Thanks in advance for all of the help you provide!

    Yes Sir, I was a Torpedoman's Mate in a former life. My wife reminds me frequently that those days are far behind me now. But is was 22 years of fun and sun, and was well worth the time spent.

    My brother works as a civie at King's Bay, GA with the "boomers"

    I did my active duty time in the Air Force, in a cushy 9-5 job...can't IMAGINE the lifestyle that you and your family (heck...that ALL of the "real" military folks !) live/lived !
