I just joined.

I have been in GS for 7 years and have made 20% or more every year since I have kept track in 2004. I found out about TSP talk November of last year. Now everyone I know comes here on a regular basis.

I am currently using EBBCHART religiously. It is really worth your $14.95 a month.

So far, Ebbchart has earned over 26%, I would suggest ordering the premium service, it's better than I have been doing on my own.
