Time to chime in...and say thanks

After more than a year reading and learning from this site I thought it was time to give a big thanks to all involved. I've learned much information to this point and have already reaped some benefits. Much like 12%, that is my goal as well and I am doing pretty well so far all though I am down a few% over the past few weeks.

Thanks to all for the wealth of information you share.

Some rats make excellent pets - there are actually competitions in this country. They must smell just right. Welcome rat.
