    Question Allow myself to introduce...myself

    Greetings Everyone -

    As the moniker suggests, I'm new to TSP IFTs, and much of the talk on this board, but am interested in learning.

    Can anyone tell me what the red broken line represents on the charts on the bottom of the page? Is it the actual starting value of the fund for the day- or an adjustment of some sort?
