Hello All,
I am so excited I stumbled across this site. I have about 13 years before I retire from active duty, and I would like to make my TSP account as fat as possible in that time. I have been contributing to TSP for a little over a year, but I have stayed in the safety of the G fund that whole time. I am now ready to venture out and take some risks, with the guidance of a community who can help steer me. Eventually, I hope to get a grasp on market timing, and building enough knowledge to be an asset to everyone here. Looking forward to learning and sharing with all of you.

Welcome Buckeye, you've come to the right place. I too was in the safety of the G early on (and for a long time), no one ever explained my options. You are starting early enough to make a big difference in the quality of your retirement portfolio. If I only had it to do over... Good luck to you!

Hi and welcome... Remember, everyone is welcome to give their opinion and what they think the market will be but it is you that makes a decision on where you want to steer your TSP investment.
