    Default redneck home repair

    FYI, pic #20 is an error. The author claims its a water heater. It is actually an expansion tank for a boiler system.

    Wow, I had flashbacks when I hit #13. Had just moved into first-ever homeowner home, built just for me. First time I washed my hair, sounded like water hitting ground right under the tub drain-in crawl space. Sure enough. Inspections? Supposedly happened before I closed. I'dve been better off "doing it myself" on the inspections that time. Fortunately the contractor was still around to get the plumbing hooked up at that point, he hadn't gone bankrupt and skipped to Mexico with his secretary yet. He did that a couple years later.
