Who should get custody of Michael's 3 kids?

I say it should be the Nanny

If it were fran drescher the nanny, forget the kids, I'd want her to adopt ME !!!

Otherwise, I believe in Parental rights.....unless they've been proven to be incapable.

Now, that only applies to TWO of the children. The 3rd child is listed as not having a mother, nor can any be found.
That's a horse of a different color.

I'd say it should be whoever is most qualified to take ownership:

1) Who will love them to the highest degree
2) Who will do everything possible to shelther them from a cold and uncaring world.
3) Who will willingly do all things to let them be themselves and not marred by who their father was
4) Who will be open and honest with them; let them strive to their highest potiential but be willing to guide them and limit them.
5) Spoil them in loving devotion - but not let them be spoiled
6) Reinforce in them from day one - and throughout the years - they are beautiful and precious. Guard to the highest extent those qualities that made their father special and let that always be their greatest focus. Use his fame and sickness only as examples of what can happen if you get too much; too rich; too popular.
7) Someone who can show them the world can be the most beautiful place and the way they live their lives and the relationships they build and maintain are the most important aspects of life.

Whoever is most qualified to fulfill these things at a minimum should be the ones to get the children

No vote from me.....I'm scared, and I even hate to say this, but someone will come up with a reality show that will let "America Decide". Somewhere there is an executive producer pitching the thing right now

You may be right !

The problem with "Reality Shows" is that, the Re-Run value is ZILCH, ZIP, ZERO. It'll get interesting as time goes on....MONEY has a way of making that happen.
