    McDuck and HalfBreed, since you both are so effin smart, provide some concrete facts on who DID pay for the public services provided such as security (fed state and city) and emergency services, Facts please. "Unvarnished" facts? Has anyone found them yet?

    Good question...Last I heard watching the Police Chief or Mayor (I forget which)...That it would be tax payer payed, unless donations came in to offset the expense...I'm sure some have been made..How Much?...beats me..
