I Also think she should get welfare assistance for all 14 kids and her parents should be absolved of their bankruptcy debt..The Liberal way of life, right?

It is a very sad but true fact that there are some women who still think they will only be happy if they have a baby to nurture. That's been a woman's role for eons and for some it is too ingrained in the psyche. I don’t think this woman should have chosen to have at least eight embryos implanted (and probably several more – it is rare that all that are implanted survive) while knowing that she wouldn’t consider selective reduction. It is also my opinion that a medical doctor who would implant that many embryos without knowing this woman’s problematic background, or without caring about it, cares more about money than ethics. That’s not a surprise in today’s world.

One person cannot adequately care for the physical or maturation needs of that many children the same age. That’s not opinion, it’s fact.

Many years ago I helped care for two sets of triplets born 10 months apart. They were born into a stable, financially secure environment with a large network of family and friends. And it was total chaos! And only slowly got better as the children got older.

This news story is frustrating and unfair to the taxpayer. But for the children it is much sadder than that. This is a controversial subject. But James, you asked for opinions and that’s mine.

I find it a disgusting abuse of the welfare system that the Libs had perpetrated since the war on poverty. If you can't feed them then don't breed them. Yeah that's cold, but I'm sick and tired of the naked abuse allowed in the name of taking care of the children. Of cousre BHO and his party have 14 new future voters, since they'll be on welfare forever, it's all exponential. Even the socialists in my office find it an abuse to the system.
