    Hee! Hee!........

We have a grocery store that has holiday dinners, fully cooked - Just heat and serve.

Their No. 1 Premium Turkey Dinner which includes:

    - 2 lbs. Seasoned Mashed Potatoes
    - 1 lb. Turkey Giblet Gravy
    - 12 Oz. Pie (Apple, Cherry, Peach, Blueberry, or Pumpkin)

I get to do all the cookin- for 14 family members today:

Carrot sticks, celery, cheese and crackers for starters.

An 18.6 pound Tom Turkey, which must go into the oven about 8 a.m. this morning, by the way. And Ummm....good gravy!

Jim's classic Savory Sage and Canadian Wild Rice stuffing. (Celery, Onions, and Wild Rice prominently featured).

Mashed Real Idahos from scratch, the ol' fashioned way.

Green Been Casserole, with the crispy onions mixed in.

Fresh Steamed Aspargus, added a few years ago to the menu when it became widely available. I think they grow it in Mexico now.

Rolls- the brown and serve kind. I'm not as good at baking as I am at gravy.
    Butter
    Pumpkin Pie
    Mincemeat Pie

And yes, Jake the Dog (Black Lab) is already salivating- he KNOWS it's thanksgiving!
