    Default Buying a new car

For those in the DC area looking to buy a new car, check out Fitzgerald Auto Mall in Gaithersburg, MD. I bought from salesman Gary Grace---low-prices, straight-shooter. Even if you can't get to DC area, see the FitzMall.com site to find a good price for the car you're interested in.

No "well, what do you want to pay." No "bait and switch." No B.S.!!!

I bought a new car recently. Right in the middle of the subprime housing mess and all the car finance people cared about was my credit score. Same old thing, doesn't matter what your other bills are, as long as your credit score is good they will loan you whatever amount you want. Unbelievable.

    wow ... that's cool.

I have pretty much stuck to buying cars online.

    I have bought 2 thru Carsdirect.com
What u see is what u usually get... as long as the car doesn't have to may options that you can mess with. Go test drive the car and if you like it. Make a print out of the price you get online.

They'll find your car in 2 days and you can have it in less than a week. I don't worry too much about financing, because I transfer it to my credit union eventually.

I've also used carsdirect.com and was pleased with their service. I would check their prices as well as the Fitzmall.com prices before negotiating with a local dealer.
