    Smile monkeys throwing darts

    I've read a lot on here about monkeys throwing darts and never knew what it was about.

    Today I found a forum on Morningstar that talked about this group and compared us to 48 monkeys throwing darts!

    Is that what ya'll been talking 'bout? It is hilarious! One person said they were going to complain about us to the TSP board and insist that our moves be limited! What arrogance!

    It was really quite amusing.
