I am thinking of exchanging US GLOBAL WORLD PRECIOUS MINERALS (UNWPX)for any or all of the following funds:

US GLOBAL INV GLBL EMG MKTS FD (GEMFX)

US GLOBAL EASTERN EUROPEAN (EUROX)

Japan Smaller Companies (JSCFX)

My biggest concern is buying at the top.

GEMFX just broke out of a nice cup-and-handle. EUROX broke out a little while ago and has since run-up steeply. Buy now or wait for a pullback? JSCFX: same question, as it's on a 2nd stage breakout from a nice flat base.

Thoughts?
