I can't say stockcharts.com is real time, but I always use the symbol $IEE on stockcharts.com. It says that it is the index, not a stock that tracks the index. I still haven't figured out how they come up with their numbers throughout the day. I believe it calculates in the value of the dollar, but I haven't done the math.
I just checked and compared EFA with $IEE. EFA is up 0.53%. $IEE is up 0.27%. Which one is more accurate?
Edit:
I wonder if the percentage listed around 2pm on $IEE would give us a better read on what MSCI will post as the closing value.
