My guess is uncertaintyover our economy, the rising U.S. dollar, and terrorism threats.

    Is that all! :?

I know it seems as if I'm really aggressive having 40% of my TSP in the I fund but I allocate my TSP along with my outside investments and overall I only have 20% invested in the international markets. I have to learn to see the funds in the TSP as seperate accounts instead of looking at it as a whole. I get scared when I do.

I'm with you now NatX. The I fund made a new high last Monday and then took a 3% shave in the last 3 days. It's getting some of that back today but maybe it tries to break 13.70 next week.

Actually I was wrong here ... I would have 20% invested IF I had 63% in the I fund. I did have it allocatethat wayback on 15 Mar (and got a great price I might add) but then emotion took me over and I pulled some of it out. Had I left it alone I would have made a killing. Hindsight is 20/20. :?
