Thread: Half Mast

Dept. of Ag. offices will fly at half-mast today in honor of Forest Service LEO shot and killed on routine patrol-Georgia. These guys patrol thousands of acres and hundreds of miles of road-generally alone. I didn't know this guy, don't know if any of my local LEOs knew him, but we all share the pain. Many of us non-LEOs also routinely work the woods alone. I used to. Radio backup the norm, but still...
