Another big year for the NSPS members that are above the Executive Level IV cap. That cap only went up $2,000, but NSPS former 14s and 15s currently above it get the 5% allowed over and also get the rest of their pay increase as bonus. GS members simply are capped. I wonder if this will be the last year for the bonanza.

I being in the RUS category..I was hoping for more than 1.77%..but alas, it's better than those Reagan years.
