Default confusion about the closing number

Yahoo finance and Google finance report the F fund closed today, 3/10/08, with a gain of .53%. TSP talk reports the F fund closed with a gain of .33%. I am under the impression that the bond markets close at 3pm instead of 4 pm but I do not understand the discrepancy or why yahoo and google would reflect a different number than TSP talk. Is there a way to watch for the actual closing number as it happens instead of waiting for it to be posted here?

Thanks in advance for any insight.

In my opinion we should have received 5 Cents + in the F Fund today. I was using other charts and at 3:00 PM it was 3.43 -11 on the 10 year. How they got 4 cents who knows.

    Anidoc,

Are you saying that in sarcasm, or is something happening that is not common knowledge?

Today the Market UP, and Bond yields to the minus? AGG up, you can't always count on the "F" to do what it normally does! Might be that the bond traders know something that we don't? I love it!
