    and now it appears the PBGC will be taking over the pensions from Delphi-

    Delphi is/was the former AC/Delco branch of General Motors, before it spun off in 1999. The company was promised help from GM if necessary as part of the spin-off deal back then. Now it looks like the PBGC will be the ones paying pensions.

    Another fine Government program fully taken advantage of to the brink of being criminal.
