    Don't you mean Buenos Aires? Regardless of the location, they should not waste government dollars on it!

    I think it's a USDA thing. See, we may import fudge from Argentina and need to send expert fudge packers down there to make sure it is done properly

    Started during the Bush administration eh?

    Per Diem in Buenos Aeries is only $294. How much fudge can these poor people pack for that?

    My personal opinion of what the results will be:

    1. Homosexual men in both the USA and Argentina got to bars to drink and hope to get lucky.

    2. Most homosexual men in Argentina are National Socialists.

    3. Some homosexuals in the USA are National Socialists.

    and if they ask, most homosexual women go to a bar to drink and find lickers.

    Some pieces of ART are priceless and others would be very hard to place a true value on it. This picture represents everything "American" and what America stands for. (loud cheers....) I could see people getting teary.
