    When I posted the link about the Coast Guard & their preparedness, I didn't mention that the VA had Already moved their patients', staff, & families oo harm's way BEfORE the storm.The constant Drill's in VA preparedness across the nation paid off here - -ThisKatrina Blog link has more -
