Passing a Shell station known for gouging from a previous year : 3.12/gal at 1500 Saturday. At 0100 Sunday morning, was at 3.09..

[I should also say they apologized later for their `inadvertant' price hike - Idon't recall how they reimbursed, but they did in some fashion -]

$2.89 for 93 Octane today in western Massachusetts and I considered it a bargain. It was $3.59 ten days ago and I'm pretty sure it will be there again soon.
