If you got 4,000 square ft to heat and cool - it eventually will start to bite. Not to mention keeping the Navigator happy. Remember when Jimmy had the right idea - forcing everyone to drive double nickles? I just got to trust my instinct and stay in this market - the reward should justify the risk. I see where SR member doesn't much care for the so called smart money - I tend to agree with his position.
