Actually I think that trying to keep home prices at the all time high prices of 2008 is stupid, what needs to happen is for prices to fall and interest rates rise to bring our economy back into shape, who can really afford a house that is over priced like they were then? BS let them drop to where people can afford to buy a house without 20% down. And I would really like to make a little money lover infaltion with my savings, let´s not be stupid.
