E10 averaging $2.06 in Boiled Peanut!! What the heck is happening in Ohio?

My guess is they are starting to add ethanol for the winter mix and that always increases the price. You can still find gas down around $2.24 but it isn't anywhere close to me.

I thought they always added ethanol to Gasoline? Do they increase the amount in the winter? I use non-ethanol gas in my lawn mowers and other small engine machines for a good reason.

There are three general categories of ethanol-gasoline blends: E10, E15, and E85. E10 is gasoline with 10% ethanol content. E15 is gasoline with 15% ethanol content, and E85 is a fuel that may contain up to 85% fuel ethanol.Mar 29, 2017

Wasn't ethanoil suppose to lessen the price of gasoline?..Wasn't that the whole point of the idea and scam?

I think certain States are tacking on extra TAX to supplement the lack of revenues from people buying eco-cars and stuff like that and I've always known Ohio to be one of the biggest rip-off States there is, just behind the Left coast..you can't win for losing in Ohio..who in their right mind would want to live in that State anyway?....Oh never mind I remember..just answered my own question..

A few Presidents have come from Ohio as well as some Astronauts. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, NASA Glenn Research Center, The Cleveland Clinic, The Emerald Necklace (Metro park system) and a few National Parks as well.

Not a bad place to live.
