Medication has left me with short term memory loss and I almost forgot this very important thread that I made. For that, I appologize. I will catch-up on my reading and thank everyone who responded. I'm sure I'll have more questions when done !
My thoughts of future market events are strictly my gut feelings and have nothing
to do with actual knowledge or experience concerning the Stock Market or Investing.

Thumbs up Re: Work at home opportunities

Thanks for the encouragement everyone. Selling Crap on Ebay has never
appealled to me, however, that did not stop me from looking into it. I tend
to agree with Bulitt concerning this idea.

PessOptimist has really hit a cord with me. I've been toying with computers
since buying a Commadore VIC20 and a Tandy 1000. For you younger puppies,
that means adjusting your Flux-Capacitor's and setting the DeLorean back to
1984. In short, co-workers and family have decided along time ago to elect me
their personal computer technician. This idea fits perfectly with my physical
limitations and a low cost startup.
My thoughts of future market events are strictly my gut feelings and have nothing
to do with actual knowledge or experience concerning the Stock Market or Investing.

Aaaah! That sounds like a perfect fit! I am not a business person, but I wonder if having a `business plan' written out, so it is there in black & white...colors too, for fun! If you've been the `personal tech' for any amount of time, there will be those who will feel they are part of the family priviledged crowd. So you might want to have that written out too.

Don't forget that even though you are doing something you love & have fun doing it - you are cashing in on this for the cash !!computer fan janet.gif

SB, you ol' teddy bear, +1 to grandma's post!

Also, I'm sure you've thought of this but I'll say it anyway. Professional looking business cards can be printed with a personal computer and printer now. Nice card stock and a review by someone good with grammar and spelling are essential to making it work. But that's how my son started in the business - - nice business cards and word of mouth. He's been at it for a number of years now, but it blossomed into something that's making him a very nice living.

And grandma, I've enjoyed your many recent posts immensely, and I love your name! I've got 7 of my own and one more on the way. Grandchildren are the reward for putting up with your teenage children.

Yes - that's what my 7 + 2 by default/step grands call me - (their maternal g.mother stopped all contact with them after their mom died - her choice.) and then there are the 2 greats with another on his way !!!!!
Buut - I thought grandchildren were for the purpose of getting back AT your kids !!!
