    Sounds like thugs. They where outside the bank or at atms. Buildings damaged and killed a security guard. I Fund has no holdings south of the American boarder and only .02% in Canada. I would think this would have no effect on the I Fund. All major holdings are in UK, Eurozone, and Japan.
