    Here's a couple questions from a "newbe" to the investment world

    Is a TSP account considered a diversified portfolio? or would that requireoutside investments.

    How would an outside finacial planner rate the US TSProgram

    Can I start an IRA in addition to my TSP, should I?

    Any help would be appreciated
