I find that the 12:00 PM deadline for interfund transfers to be a big pain. Even 1pm an hour later would make a big difference to me. I suppose this time is set in stone and can not be challenged?
Here is what I would like to see. I would like to see a more reactive system. I want to come home in the evening and be able to make a change in my account that will take effect the next morning. That would be a better system than what we have now. Because do to my position I dont have a computer available for me through out the day. If the market sinks and I put in a IFT in the evening. It takes 2 days to be effective. Why not a more reactive system?
Right now they are trying to limits our IFTs to 2 a month and one to the "G". Go to the below link and vote, we need all the help we can get. I wish that would happen, right now I would give you 500 to 1 odds that it doesn't!
Oh, welcome to the Message Board, Glad to have you!!
Norman
later in the afternoon would be great. I also just signed the petition for the interfund transfers.
