Based on Rokid's tracker:

18% are beating all the funds
26% are beating all the funds except the S
38% are beating all the funds except the S and F
47% are beating all the funds except the S, F, and I
51% of us are beating the C fund and all the L-funds (i.e. the TSP boards recommended funds)
56% are beating the C fund, L2010, 20, 30, and 40.
58% are beating the C fund, L2020, and 40.
59% are beating the C fund and the L2040.
81% are beating the C fund, a benchmark for fund managers
