Default Tell Me how you feel

Ok: I hear people fighting it out all the time. Well if you have to fight why not post it here. Just get into it in an area where people that don't won't to see it, don't have to see it. If they want to then they know where to go.

    Tech,

Yet again you have made a statement which shows why you’re a putz.

Here is something I said back on the 15th.

My grand strategy is to meet or beat the best performing fund for the year (and every year). Historically, this approach would have yielded an average annual return of 19% for the last decade.

If the breakdown continues, I will go to the G - which will only bring me closer to catching up with the I-Fund and achieving my goal even faster. If the market goes up from here, I still have lots of catch-up and more work to do....by being aggressive.

Do you have an overarching strategy?........I doubt it. Your to emotional, and any loss is to painful. Your lack of a spine is what is keeping you from making money. Do yourself a favor and focus on the objective...not on keeping up with the Jones'.
Which is exactly how I am playing this out. Your predictions are obvious, and do not demonstrate the least bit of insight, nor are they helpful (to me and the majority of people who come to this site for views on how and when to market time and when to hold). We all know the market is going to drop from time to time, just as in the end it will always go up. Demonstrate some level of intelligence here and acknowledge that everyone on this board (including you) is entitled to their strategy and opinions. Doesn’t make them wrong or right. Look at like this, everyone’s strategy is going to vary depending on the risk they are willing to take and what their objectives are (which is usually a function of how close to retirement they are). I set my objectives against the market – I really don’t give a hoot if I am at the top or not – because I am successful (by my own measure) – by the end of today I will be pretty darn close to beating every fund. I would be happy to just be close to the top performing fund each year.

People come to this site, identify members that have similar strategies and have a history of being successful. They take that info, evaluate it, and make their own decisions. No one here or out there wants to be dictated too or blasted for trying to learn how to improve their position in life.

What makes you unique from every other person on this board is that you think you are right, and that if someone disagrees with you, they are wrong. You are the only person that consistently is insulting and demeaning. I don’t think you realize that YOU start this crap. Your ego is such a house of cards, that you can’t accept the least bit of dissenting viewpoint and you take it personally. This is the reason you repeatedly find yourself in these engagements.

I’ll say this again, what is your strategy? What are your goals? How do you measure success? If you can’t answer these questions, then why on god’s green earth, should anybody listen to what you have to say?

Quick summary: you are pointless, most people have clear discernable strategies, especially Birch and MM. Their goals are obvious and people have the right to listen to them as they feel is appropriate for their own position. You do not have the right to blast me, them, fundsurfer, or any other person on this site. Quit the BS.

    Glad I am short.

I got a lot of bad reps for saying that on Friday.

I just tell it like it is. I am permanothing.

Lets see, I said its going down, get slammed for it, you join in and I started this ????......you so full of it....the only reason why I responded to this is because of you and yours slamming good advice.....and then the market followed my warning to the "T"......you pretty good spin doctor....and you are what you appear.......keep it up bud.....keep it up.....everyone would and probably have lost their shirts because of your great knowledge.....

I finish when I'm right and I'm putting in your place.....spin doc.....get it......

I got 3 bad reps for my last post in this thread. I thought this was the safe zone?

They are just sharing their pain. Pain knows no boundaries. Just wait until they are all competing for the same job at McDs...whoa baby!

The more you call the market correct on here the lower your reps go.

Great system. Birchy, Skypilot and Rod must be plus 1000 by now.

Yeap.....but the good market calling has to start somewhere.....tis been difficult and my personal trading performance will improve soon, but the other side seems to take pleasures in slamming other strategies if not like their eventual loser strategies.....only thing I can think of they are making money for posting alot and giving bad advice.....its a known tactic in the market web sites...kinda props up the market.....

The other side seems to have a "super secret system" that they can not share with anyone else.

My system is easy - "Go short on that B.S. rally on a weak job number".

As long as these "experts" continue the "buy the dip" spin I am staying SHORT.
