    Wonder Woman,

I am now off $.27 from the C fund high of $13.08 last week. That leaves me with a gain of $.21 since I posted at a price of $12.60. May just have to let it all go poof because I refuse to get out. Stubborn to the point of .....use your imagination. I'll just risk staying put - there is no fundamental reason to move. Next week will be the surprise week and China will be in the news alot - they will be back for more. To me there is more risk being out than being in the market. And besides, I might end up hurting so good. Take care. DMA is probably looking for me tonight - he, he.

    Spaf,

Why is the F fund providing these outsized gains. What are the bonds telling us and what message are they sending to the Fed? Who will blink first - the market or the Fed. I think the bond market will be setting monetary policy going forward. We are more and more tied into the global scene - I'm enjoying being a capitalist - just hope I can keep my wits about things - haven't felt any jubilation for a long time now - about due for some. I'm still ready to rock and roll - just need the right music.

Sing the Cowboy song! Jump around a little. I am considering going 100F at some point next week, for just a day or two -- pick up an extra penny or eight.

The bond market is trying to tell you that a recession is a realistic possibility in the not too distant future.
