Needless to say wages are not keeping up with housing prices:
In the good ole days :P12.5% appreciate in a home was over a number of years. Now onequarter :s. Because in the good ole days appreciate in the home was reflective of wage increases.
When all is said and done the best I can see is that home prices continue their rise cause of....Lower supply and continued high demand
