How much do you have in your account?

I found the "How much you have lost poll" interesting. However, how much do people have invested in TSP? A $3K loss against a $6K account is a big deal. A $3K loss against a $200K account is not.

What is your thinking here Rokid? Do you think that more-or-less the same members who answered the'how much $$lost' wouldrespond to this poll? I ask because you stated you thought the relativeness of loss to acc't balance was the significant factor.

PS Can I make a suggestion? I think the levels between $100K and $500K should only increase at the minimum (or maximum?)of $100K at a time. Tom can change it for you and I noticed that one can not vote twice but they can change their vote. So if the questions change the individual member can make the necessary correction.

My guess is that the average "active" poster on this board is 35 years old, has between $100k and $150k in the TSP, and is down 2-3% for the year. I guess the next relevant poll would be "how many years do you have before retirement"?

I made a change but couldn't add additional lines. It may have messed up some votes as WW said. Hope that is what you wanted.

Thank you for noting that it was "uncharacteristic..." for me. I hope that's what you meant. I apologize.I have been having a difficult time here. I lost a lot of $$$ andthen I started getting flamed by another member for no reason. As a matter after the fact, I was temporarily banned from this site and I amcontinuing to experience harassing behavior from this individual off the board. I guess my input siignals and output signals got crossed. I appreciate your mature manner of expressing yourself regarding this matter.
