Ever notice when you're in a store even the least tech savvy people are comparing prices on their iPhones? Online stores have made for fierce competition in all aspects of retail. I think going forward companies like BBY need to focus on the customer experience. For example: you can't experience surround sound in an online store.

That's part of the problem. They come into BBY and play with the stuff and then go on line and purchase.
