Stocks were about as flat as they get and volume was light as you might expect on mid-August trading day. The Dow lost 45-points or 0.18%, while the other major indices had even smaller moves.

Daily TSP Funds Return More returns

There was some trade shakeup talk out of China but the market seems to be dismissing that at the moment.

Technically the biggest development was that the small gaps opened on Tuesday were closed with yesterday's slight weakness, but stocks battled back to close flat.
